Following WU is lost due to crash in BOINC, and will therefor not be sent in before deadline:

http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/workunit.php?wuid=341177

This was just a service message, to the administrators, such as they can have it recalculated before deadline instead of declaring "Out of work".

But will I still keep the credit that I achieved before the WU got lost in my crash?

They have automated ways of figuring out whether a Work Unit has errored and needs to be resent so don't worry about notifying the administrators of a failed WU. Also, you do get to keep your credits that you've earned whether the model finishes successfully or not.
