Bug in Boinc 4.15?

I install a new version 4.15 and now a have a new files in "D:\" This files is "graphics.xml" and "init_data.xml". Its ok, or bug? Client work without any problem. The active project startup files will be placed in the root directory (That's the BUG) of the install drive. Nothing more happens.
