I just installed the software and signed up, but when I try to get a project started, I get this message:
Failed to clean up the windows socket interface

I have a Toshiba Equium 10GB 256KRam with a Celeron Processor and a WIndows ME OS. I'm not networked and I only have access to a dial up connection - 54k in theory, usually 28k in practice.

Any ideas?

TIA

Thanks, I've got the socket problem taken care of - now I just need to figure out why my account ID is missing or invalid. LOL
