I have been running SETI on my computers for years. Just got a new laptop computer, tried to get SETI, and was prompted to download BOINC first, which I did, then chose the climate project for this computer. I use a different username for each computer, all have Windows XP with the same email addy. Now when this new computer tries to attach to this project, even though I have followed all steps as instructed, it keeps telling me to go back and check to make sure my email addy and password are correct. What gives, and how do I get this going?
Thank you,
Mrs. Ray

Hi,

If you\'re using the Wizard for the 1st time to attach to CPDN and you have no CPDN account:
Open the Wizard:
1.Enter: http://climateprediction.net (then click Next)
2.Select: Create new account
Enter your email adress, password and confirmation of password (then click Next)

If you\'ve already created an account via the web site, you should have received an ID key by email. So you can log in your account and create a password and then attach via the Wizard using \"use a existing account\": You just have to enter your email adress and the password you created in your account.

Edit: Silly me!!
If you can post on this forum, then you already have an account: so you must create a password if you don\'t have one or change it if you don\'t remember it :o)
