Windows shutdown procedure

Althought CPDN does not necessarily work well on those platforms. 2K and XP are pretty good about it. I am running on 8 different machines and never had an issue with shutting down, cleanly. However it is STOP here to restart the computer instead of logging off. I lost alot of models due to that, but have not lost one since about version 4.55 of the BOINC client, 4.12 of the slab model.
