Account setup etc went fine, project downloaded, graphic now says \'model hasn\'t started. Please wait\'. Has been saying this for almost an hour. Is there a problem? |

You have downloaded 3 models to your Mac Wendy, but they\'ve all generated the error message \"dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/ibmcmp/lib/libxlsmp.A.dylib\". You currently have a daily results quota of 4, so you should hopefully be able to get a model running after installing the Mac OS application library. Thank you! File downloaded and graphics now working. Progress still shows 0.00% but I gather the work packets are much larger than what I am used to with Seti.
