Hi and Thanks in advance for your help. I\'ve been trying to run Climateprediction.net ever since I installed BOINC in November 2005 as one of my projects. All others run fine. With this one, however, it runs completely fine for a while and then I get the following type of message:

\"2/24/2006 8:46:53 AM|climateprediction.net|Unrecoverable error for result sulphur_ibb8_100854468_1 ( - exit code -1073741819 (0xc0000005))
2/24/2006 8:46:54 AM||request_reschedule_cpus: process exited
2/24/2006 8:46:54 AM|climateprediction.net|Computation for result sulphur_ibb8_100854468_1 finished\"

At this point my project is done and must start over. I\'ve never gotten beyond 3% finished on my project before this happens. I even installed more RAM in hopes it would solve the problem and it continues. I\'m using Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 2 running BOINC version 5.2.13. I have a 40 GB hard drive with over half available and 768 MB of RAM.

I enjoy this project. It\'s certainly one of the more interesting graphics, but if this continues I\'ll have to detach. It spends dozens of hours on this project before failing and that time can be spent on other projects if this one won\'t work.

Thanks!!

-1073741819 error is a difficult one to solve. Some have solved it by updating their video card drivers, but for others, that hasn\'t worked. Give it a try and let us know if this works or not.

Well, I was suffereing the same thing and quit using the screen saver graphics. Sincethen, zero miscues. I updated my drivers from ATI tothe latest, and it\'s a new vid card, but that didn\'t help.....

So I don\'t use the \"view graphics\" option.
