Cross-project ID not generated ok in climateprediction

Then wait a few days, and as the computer contacts the various projects, the cpids will gradually sync up, using the cpid of the last attached project. If you have more than 1 computer, you can spred the projects across them, as long as there is a link from between them. e.g. SETI on all the computers, and 1 each of the other projects.
