I submitted a problem to the Questions and problems board labelled BOINC is currently idle. I was told I needed to copy my messages onto the problem page. I was not allowed to copy them out onto my old message so I put them here. I would be grateful if you could tell me what I\'m doing wrong

You weren\'t doing anything wrong as such, but the bad news is very bad. There just isn\'t any work for Macs.

Please note that support for Macs has now unfortunately ended, and unless you already have a model running OK at present, there will be no more.

In response to Mac users posting about the lack of work for Macs, Carl has posted the following:

We have all the slabs & sulphurs we\'ll need and it would just be a waste of electricity. I\'m afraid the only hope for CPDN Mac\'s in the future would be Intel Macs: (a) if I can ever convince anyone to get us one and
(b) if we ever have the time, although from what I\'ve heard it should be a lot similar to our Linux builds since Intel Fortran for the Mac is available (Intel Fortran is what we use on Windows & Linux)
