I am a new user of ClimatePrediction, i worl 2,65% about the Climate project, but when Boinc give me the point, it didn\'t assigned me on the same Boinc Account.
If you go on the BoincStats\' website and search the team \"Salento Team\" and see the \"BOINC combined\" you can see to equal user \"Lollo_82\", Why Climate Prediction, assign the point to another user Lollo_82?! Please somebody help me! You can write me to my e-mail 82lollo@tiscali.it!!

BoincStats uses the \'cross-project ID\'. This is made up from your email address (so it must be identical on both sites). Also, you need a PC which is connected to both of your projects, and update both a couple of times, and it should sort itself out.

How can i do now, for to change the allocation of the new point?!

A few questions:

1) What is your cross-project ID on each project you are joined to? (shown on the \'your account\' page)

2) Did you use the same email address at each project?

3) Is your PC attached to all the projects, and are all those projects currently active (alternatively, have you \'updated\' them?)

Keep in mind there may be a long delay between the credit here and the credit being published at BoincStats.
