Go to your account, and General Preferences, and change the option \"On multiprocessors, use at most\" to 4, and save.

There\'s a problem with the preferences at the moment. Boinc have a got a preferences override file you can use. Have a look at this thread http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/forum_thread.php?id=5008

Is it working now? Your most recent batch of models was downloaded within a minute of each other.

Well yes, I had to delete everything reinstall and re run. Is there anyway to make all CPU\'s crunch a single WU? How do I select which drive to store animation data?

thanks

No. One cpu / one model.

The data needs to be on the same drive as BOINC / projects / etc.

The animation data can need some insane amount of disk space, half a terabyte or something like that. So I wouldn\'t recommend running that option!
