We can\'t change the email address from our side - you\'ll need to set it via:

* Your account (in the menu bar to the left)
* click the \'Email address\' link (in the top section of your account details)

Now enter your correct email address.

Hi,
got a problem with my E-mail. I changed the provider. My former E-mail is not longer valid. Had to create a new account to start with CPDN again. How can i get back my credits?

You can\'t, because you can\'t merge accounts. (Two different \'people\'.)
Go back to your old account, and use the option near the top of \"Your Account\" page to change your email address. The project web site doesn\'t know that your old email account is no longer valid, so you can still use it to log in and change it.

To retrieve it (or the account-key), i´ll get a mail i can´t open

Look for \"authenticator\" in the third line down.

I got only the new \"authenticator\". Reinstalled Windows 2 weeks ago. Had to format the partition + lost all data. Reinstalled BOINC + all other applications.

Now i have 2 accounts with the same nickname. Is it possible to send the old \"authenticator\" to my new E-Mail .................. DELETED!

Need more coffee :-))

And, no, the old account key can\'t be sent to your new email. It\'s all automaticly done by the server software.
Bad luck all round there, losing the lot.

For future reference, you should backup your BOINC folder once a week or so, to guard against a computer problem. In this case, you would also have needed to have at least one backup on cd/dvd, to save the key.

That´s absolutely true. I only saved own documents.
Now i wasted >50.000 :-((
