When looking at the model I\'m currently crunching (It is at the early stages, 1940), I became curious how the global mean temperature compared to the actual global mean temperature for that period. I wanted to know that because it seems quite a bit different from other runs. In my searching I came across this article.

It is 7 years old, do more recent observations invalidate the article? Are the questions raised in it about the accuracy of the data collected on earth valid at all?

I\'m asking this because the article suggests to me global warming is not much of an issue.
