If BOINC is running more two ore more projects transfer of worksunits may hung the project. restarting project removes old workunit and then download anew one.

Verified:
My BOINC was running seti@home project and I joined to climateprediction after 24-30 hours climateprediction project shows getting data but transmit tab was empty.
When seti@home has finished its workunit there is not a new one available, then I tryed to update climateprediction: no result.
Restarting projectec BOINC removed all about climateprediction and inmediatly download program and workunit: time spend about 1 minute.

Now project is working.
