Are some hosts "blocked"?

It is a strange and never seen before situation - at the same time 3 of my hosts are connecting to server successful, but another hosts can not reach it since 20 July: "Scheduler request failed: Couldn't connect to server". The "room" is in a different building in the City of Oxford, half a mile from where it was. And the point of moving it was to get it to a department where cpdn staff are allowed to go. The old and the new departments have different urls within the university of Oxford. The old is oucs, Oxford University Computing services. The new is oerc, Oxford e-Research Centre. Some are blocked because they crash all their tasks. Your problem looks like a casualty of the recent server move. All that is required is a simple tweak to climate_state file.
