I have a Full Resolution Ocean hadcm3n task that reached 100% a couple of days ago, but its status is still "Running". Time to completion is blank, but Elapsed time continues to increase.

How should I clear this task?

Has it uploaded the final zip file? You can check by going to Advanced > Event Log. If it has I would have no hesitation in clicking on Abort. In fact I would do this anyway. Also if you look at your computers, http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/hosts_user.php?userid=244381 you can see what the status of the task is. It will either show up as completed or having an error I suspect.

I'm using an older software version that does not have the Advanced Event log.
However, checking its status, it does say "Running", though the full credit has been given and the last trickle was on the 14th December.

I will Abort it.
