My old Windows Vista laptop runs two models consistently with no issues, start to finish. My newer Windows 10 laptop can download and start two, but invariably, when I restart the laptop the second one errors out, leaving only one. If I try to get a second one, it will work fine until it decides to error again at some point. Meanwhile, the older laptop just chugs away no matter how often I re-start it.

Any ideas?

It could be a similar problem to the one that the person asked about in this thread.

Do you suspend computation before stopping the laptop? I have found this reduces the error rate in the past.
